Specific results cannot be guaranteed, but all sources consulted and findings obtained will be documented.

Research Times and Project Scope
Most online genealogical research projects are completed within 2–6 weeks. The timeframe depends on the complexity of the research question, the availability of digitized records and the scope of the selected plan.
Before the project begins, you will receive a written proposal defining the research objective, included work, price and estimated delivery time.
Research cannot guarantee that a particular ancestor, record or number of generations will be identified. However, every source consulted, relevant finding and unresolved question will be documented in the final report. Although much genealogical research in Italy can now be conducted through digitized collections, many records remain accessible only in local repositories.
When On-Site Research Is Required
Some Italian civil, parish, diocesan, military and notarial records have not been digitized. If an essential source is unavailable online, I will explain where it is held and may provide a separate proposal for on-site research.
No additional work or expense will be undertaken without your approval.
